Cyclone Induction Warranty

Congratulations on your purchase of our Cyclone Induction System. We have invested many hours to assure quality and dependability. All parts and components carry a THREE YEAR replacement Warranty. If at any time a part fails to perform up to your standards, we will replace it free of charge except for Shipping & Handling. This Warranty is limited to manufacturers defects and does not cover accident or consequential damage resulting from alteration, modification, misuse or abuse. All warranty are limited to the cost of the product and no incidental or coincidental coverage applies.

$1000.00 Hydro Lock Insurance Warranty

Corvette Concepts hereby warranty's to the original purchaser of the Cyclone Induction system, a THREE Year conditional warranty against engine hydro lock. If your C5 Corvette suffers an engine hydro lock during the warranty period, Corvette Concepts will forward a check in the amount of $1000.00 to the original purchaser under the following conditional terms.

Conditional Terms

1. Product must be installed on a C5 Corvette as described in instructions provided with the Cyclone Induction System. Failure to follow instructions will result in voiding of warranty.
2.  Any warrantee claim must be made in writing and include, but not limited to the following documentation:
       1: Copy of Original Bill of Sale.
       2: Copy of auto insurance policy.
       3: Photographs of installed product prior to dismantling. 
       4: Photographs of dismantled product. 
       5: Photographs of location where hydro lock occurred. 
       6: An affidavit from dealership or service department stating vehicle has been hydro locked and any pertinent information regarding damage.
       7: Copies of all insurance documentation regarding claim, including agent and damage inspectors contact information.
       8: A written affidavit from the original purchaser and/or driver describing the events that have lead to the claim.
3. Alteration of the Cyclone Induction or any other engine or body parts in any manner after damage has incurred will void any and all warranty claims.
4. Corvette Concepts reserves the right to request that the Cyclone Induction System be returned at the purchasers expense, in its entirety, for inspection if deemed necessary. After inspection, the System will be returned at our expense.

Additional Information

Engine hydro lock occurs when a vehicle is driven or exposed to standing water. When ingested into the intake system, water fills the cylinder chambers with liquid. This liquid will not compress resulting in severe internal damage to push rods, pistons, and cylinder walls, most likely resulting in replacement of the entire engine block and many components. In severe cases, head and valve damage may occur. Although our Cyclone Induction System carries a $1000.00 Hydro Lock Warrantee, in no way does this infer that damage will not be caused by driving into standing water. We strongly advise every driver to avoid driving in deep puddles or standing water. Generally, driving in the rain will most likely not cause any issues, but always err on the side of caution while operating in inclement weather. Just to clear anyone's doubts they may have, I will personally sign my name to every Warranty/Insurance form shipped with your Cyclone Induction. Here it is folks......a copy of our Cyclone Induction Insurance Warranty. I think you will find the terms very acceptable. You will notice, short of installing the product improperly or altering it, this Warranty does exactly what we inferred it would do. Simply stated....if your car experiences Hydro Lock while using our Cyclone Induction, we'll send you a check in the amount of $1000.00.
